Air Canada today announced a new partnership that allows Aeroplan members to earn and redeem points and enjoy premium privileges when booking scenic rail travel with Rocky Mountaineer.
Aeroplan members can earn up to 20,000 bonus points for each eligible traveler with a new reservation with Rocky Mountaineer.

Aeroplan members will be able to take advantage of an introductory offer to earn up to 20,000 bonus points for every traveler with a valid Aeroplan number when booking travel in 2021 with Rocky Mountaineer. Members can also redeem points for vacation packages and, through their Aeroplan Elite status or Aeroplan Prestige co-branded credit card, receive a flight service or hotel room upgrade. Key features of the offer include:
Members can earn 20,000 Aeroplan bonus points per customer when booking Rocky Mountaineer GoldLeaf Service® and 10,000 Aeroplan bonus points per customer when booking SilverLeaf Service® travel in 2021;
Aeroplan Elite 50K and above receive an upgrade from SilverLeaf Service to GoldLeaf Service at Rocky Mountaineer, and a two-night hotel upgrade during their trip;
Aeroplan co-branded premium cardholders will earn up to one additional point per dollar spent, for a total of two points per dollar spent. In addition, they will receive an upgrade from SilverLeaf Service to GoldLeaf Service at Rocky Mountaineer and an upgrade to a two-night hotel stay during their trip;
Aeroplan Elite 25K and 35K members receive a two-night hotel upgrade during their trip;
Members can redeem their Aeroplan points in the Aeroplan eBoutique for either electronic credit vouchers with a minimum value of $50 or full Rocky Mountaineer package electronic credit vouchers.
