Four Seasons to open resort in Cabo del Sol, Los Cabos

Cabo Del Sol, a resort and residential community made famous by its Jack Nicklaus-designed Ocean Course that opened in 1994, has entered a new chapter in its evolution with the imminent opening of a Four Seasons resort.

For more than a generation, it was said that it was the allure of Cabo Del Sol that helped Los Cabos become the premier lifestyle destination it is today. Four Seasons’ new expansion into the 1,800-acre community comes at the right time in the ultra-luxury market, in a location often described as “the first, best and last location in Cabo.”

Scheduled to open in mid-2023, the Four Seasons Resort Cabo San Lucas in Cabo Del Sol will feature 74 rooms and casitas, 17 suites and five villas. An estimated $1.5 million is spent to build and furnish each room. In addition to family and adult pools, several dining options, an exclusive Four Seasons spa, fitness center and kids club, an outdoor mercado (market) will feature the best local vendors and serve as a gathering place.

In addition, 61 Four Seasons Private Residences, clustered in a beach village, will offer ocean views from spacious covered terraces overlooking the Sea of Cortes. The limited collection of villas and residences includes two- to five-bedroom layouts up to 5,600 square feet, all with private pools. Prices start at $4.8 million.

Built on 50 oceanfront acres in clusters of casitas and two-story villas, Four Seasons Resort and Residences, Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol is located within The Cove Club, a new private golf and beach club and resort community. Membership in The Cove Club includes an exclusive beach club with beachside restaurant, four pools, world-class golf, mountain adventure park, organic farm and snowshoe sports park.
