An unexpected meeting with an animal took place in the Aksu area, which is popular with tourists. A 10-year-old girl who came with her family from a neighboring province went to swim in the sea with her father. However, being only 9-10 meters from the shore, she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her leg. Then the girl began to scream, and the father, noticing the sea monster, rushed to the aid of his child, shouting “Get out of the water!”

Later, he reported that while he was at sea, he felt something like a large stone under his foot. However, it turned out that it was a hiding sea turtle, which later aggressively attacked the little tourist. The man also said that the angry mammal severely bit two other vacationers – an adult and a child.

Having got out of the water in tears, the family rushed to the hospital. The victim was stitched on the upper part of her left leg. The girl’s condition is assessed as satisfactory.
